摘要
"锻炼坚持性"用来描述人们在体育锻炼时间方面的特征,说明人们是否长期坚持规律性的体育锻炼,是衡量体育锻炼能否产生良好锻炼效果的一个重要中介变量[1,2]。研究采用问卷调查法和数理统计法,对浙江省内14所高校非体育专业的全日制在校学生1400人进行调查。从锻炼心理学的视角,分析了大学生体育锻炼坚持性的现状及其主要制约因素。结果显示:①调查对象中,达到锻炼坚持性标准的有350人,占总调查对象的26.8%,其余的958人没有达到锻炼坚持性标准,占总调查对象的73.2%;②男女大学生在锻炼频度、每次锻炼持续时间、已坚持锻炼的时间和锻炼坚持性方面均存在显著性差异,男生情况明显好于女生;③"锻炼场所不方便"、"学业压力大"、"不良从众心理"和"缺少专业人员指导"等四个因素是制约浙江省大学生锻炼坚持性的主要因素。
Physical exercise perseverance is used to evaluate whether people keep to long-term and regular physical exercise, which is an important intermediary variable in assessing the effect of physical exercise. Data are collected through a questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics. The research subjects in the present study are 1,400 nonsport full-time students from 14 universities in Zhejiang province. From the physical exercise psychology perspective, the research probes into the current situation of physical exercise perseverance and its restricting factors and the results are as follows: 1. In all investigated subjects, 350(26.8% out of total) meet the physical exercise perseverance standard while the majority (958,73.2%) fail to meet the standard. 2. Significant differences exist between males and females in their frequency, duration per time, time spent on exercises and perseverance, with males significantly better than females. 3. The major four constraints for their physical exercise are the overcrowded and inconvenient training centers, the great academic pressure and no spare time, the side-effect of following suits and lack of specialists' guidance.
