摘要
提出一种无乘法器并可配置精度的YCbCr到RGB高性能视频解码电路。该电路采用加法和移位计算代替浮点乘法运算,以减少电路面积;电路内部采用流水线结构提高数据转换频率;根据功耗、面积、转换精度等不同的应用要求,可配置内部加法器和流水线寄存器位宽实现各种电路需求;支持YuV111,YUV421,YUV411等压缩图像格式转化。根据FPGA实验表明,用该硬件加速后的视频解码速度可提高10%~20%,同时保证图像的质量。
A multipilerless and configurable precision circuitry of the YCbCr to RGB is proposed for the video decoding applications. The floating - point multiplication is instead of the addition and shift operations to decrease the chip area. The circuit is also optimized in the pipeline design ways to speed up the data transformation. And the bit width of the addition and pipeline registers in the circuit can be configurable according to the chip acquisitions of power, area and compute precision. The image compression formats of YUV111, YUV421 and YUV411 can convert in the circuit. According to the FPGA implementation, when using the hardware accelerator, it increases the video decoding speed by 10% - 20%, while ensures the graphic quality.
