摘要
在河南某火电厂扩建工程中,对整个锅炉补给水处理系统进行了深入的分析。根据电厂节约用水的要求,采用循环水排污水作水源,选用预处理、反渗透、一级除盐+混床作为全厂锅炉补给水处理系统。设计中结合一期锅炉补给水条件,保留原有离子交换设备并在车间预留位置扩建1列离子交换设备,同时增设反渗透等预处理系统,为全厂选用了安全、合理并环保的锅炉补给水处理系统。
In the extension project for the coal-fired power plant of Henan Province, the whole boiler make-up water treatment system was analyzed thoroughly. Based on the requirement of water saving, drainage water of circulating was used as water source. Pretreatment, RO, primary demineralization and mixed bed were adopted as the boiler make-up water treatment system. Combining with the first-stage condition, the design remained the existing ion exchangers, one set of ion exchangers were added in the prearranged field of the water treatment plant and pre-treatment was supplemented such as RO system. For safe, reasonable boiler make-up water treatment system which protected environment well was selected for the whole power plant.
