摘要
以自制的铁氧化合物为催化剂,H2O2为氧化剂处理含邻苯二酚的废水。考察了反应时间、催化剂的用量、H2O2的浓度和反应温度等因素对催化氧化降解含邻苯二酚废水效果的影响,并对催化剂循环使用的催化性能进行了探讨。实验的优化条件是:反应时间3h,催化剂用量0.10g,H2O2浓度20%,反应温度70℃。废水处理后,挥发酚含量为:0.79mg/L,去除率达99.9%;COD值为971.68mg/L,去除率达88.2%。
Catechol wastewater was treated by home-made iron as catalyst and hydrogen-peroxide as oxidant. The consumption of catalyst, concentration of H2O2, reaction time and reaction temperature were studied by single-factor experiment and the catalyst recycle was also discussed. The optimize condition was: the reaction time of 3h, 0.10g of the catalyst, 20% of H2O2 concentration and the reaction temperature of 70℃. Under the experimental conditions, volatile phenol content was 0.79 mg/L and the removal rate was 99.9%, the COD content was about 971.68mg/L and COD removal rate was about 88.2%.
