摘要
采用新型固体酸Ti(SO4)2替代传统的液体酸、碱催化剂催化大豆油与甲醇的酯交换反应,制备生物柴油,应用三因素四水平正交实验的方法找出大豆油酯交换反应的最优条件。
Biodiesel was obtained through transesterification of soybean oil, and using Ti(SO4)2 as a solid acid catalyst. Through orthogonal analysis of parameters in a three-factor and four-level test, the optimum conditions were obtained for the transesterification.
