设备条件维护原则及其在EAM系统中的应用

摘要 在市场经济环境下,设备维护管理,由过去单纯的技术问题转化为要考虑成本和收益的问题。设备条件维护法是在设备基础信息、运行状态的基础上,加上设备和维护成本、故障损失等各方面因素,对设备进行综合评价,做出设备的风险分析和利润分析并融合到EAM系统中。运用商业化软件的先进管理思想,使电力设备维护更加规范化、科学化。 In circumstance of marketing economy, the maintenance work renovates from mere a technical work in past, to the consideration of cost and benefit. Basing on the foundational equipment technical data and its operating status information, combining with basic costs and running costs, analysis of benefits and risk, the principle is made, and merges into EAM system. Thus with the using the commercial soft-ware, normalized and scientific equipment management will be succeeded.
