摘要
在田间发现一个无侧枝表型的黄瓜品系。通过对该品系进行多年的田间观察、形态解剖学观察以及不同温度和光周期的影响试验,发现该品系的无侧枝表型是由于侧生分生组织全部向花芽方向分化所造成的。当温度或光周期提高至一定程度时,该品系能出现花序逆转的现象。将此无侧枝黄瓜品系和有侧枝黄瓜品系的形态解剖学观察结果对比后发现,在黄瓜叶腋部位原基形成的早期阶段,原基是同质的,由遗传和环境共同决定将来的分化方向。
Lateral branching and inflorescence are important components of plant architecture. Plant usually changes from vegetative growth to reproductive growth. A cucumber line S61 with non-lateral branch phenotype was observed in greenhouse for several years. Both anatomy observation and different growth condition tests had been taken in this study. The results showed that the axillary meristem of line S61 had differentiated to flower buds. Inflorescence reversion could happen in S61 when growth condition changed. Anatomy comparison results between had/non lateral branch cucumber lines proved that at the early steps of develop- ment, axillary primordium were all the same, differentiation aspect were determined mainly by inheritance.
