摘要
杨木P-RCAPMP制浆过程中,在二段化学预浸渍段和高浓停留段,采用不同量的MgO替代NaOH。结果表明,当二段化学预浸渍段和高浓停留段MgO替代NaOH的比例分别为25%和50%时,高浓停留段废液的CODCr、阳离子需求量和电导率比没有MgO替代时分别降低了26.5%、30.3%和54.5%。
During the hydrogen peroxide bleaching of Triploid Poplar P-RC APMP, different amounts of magnesium oxide were substituted for sodium hydroxide in the second impregnation stage and the high-consistency retention stage. The results showed that as the substitution ratios are 25% and 50% in the second impregnation stage and the high-consistency retention stage respectively, CODCr, cationic ions requirement and conductivity of the effluent from the high-consistency retention stage will reach to 758 mg/L, 0. 492 mmol/L and 446 μS/cm and reduce 26.5%, 30.3% and 54.5% respectively compared to those without any magnesium oxide in both stages.
