摘要
为了解决静水压管体试验机的电气故障分析和处理问题,提高整体设备的运行可靠性,首先在通过对密封钢管管体内压力建立过程进行分析的基础上,明确了单增压器及油压比例阀的工作原理,得出了整机机械、液压和电气控制的内在联系;然后根据实际出现的各种故障,提出了试验机具体故障检测和处理的方法。实际检测和处理结果表明,所提出的故障分析和处理方法能快捷有效地排除该设备的各种电气故障问题。
In order to address faults diagnose and dispose in pipe body hydrostatic test unit for improving running performance of the total equipment, according to analyzing the pressure establishing in steel pipe body, the principle of single supercharger and its oil pressure proportional valve were presented. Moreover, the relationship of mechanical hydraulic and electric system in the total equipment was illustrated. Then, according to all kinds of current electric faults, approaches of diagnose analysis and dis- pose were provided, Factual applications show that the proposed diagnose analysis and dispose can rapidly and effectively clear all kinds of electric faults.
