摘要
从鱼腥草白绢病发病程度不同的田块取土样,分离鱼腥草白绢病病原菌,测定N、P、K含量,室内设置不同浓度的N、P、K单因子、双因子、三因子组合分组培养白绢病病原菌,验证大田测定的结果.结果表明,土壤中N对白绢病发生的影响不明显,P对白绢病的发生有一定的抑制作用,K对白绢病的发生有促进作用.当N:P:K接近1.67:1:1时,控制白绢病的效果最佳.
Soil samples were got from plots of different incidence of Sclerotium rolfsii and pathogens of Sclerotium rolfsii were separated from them. Then contents of N, P, K were measured in order to understand relationship between the occurrence of Sclerotium rolfsii and content of N, P, K and indoors, the pathogens were cultured in different concentrations of N, P, K to verify the results from the field. It showed that the results of lab experiments were the same as those from the field. Different contents of N, P, K had a certain impact on the occurrence ofSclerotium rolfsii. The effect of N on the growth of pathogens was not obvious. P had a certain control to Sclerotium rolfsii ofHouttuynia cordata while K accelerlated its growth. When N : P : K was close to 1.67 : 1 : 1, the control ofSclerotium rolfsii was best.
