摘要
通过焊接工艺评定试验及生产实践,确定了紫铜T2与不锈钢0Cr18Ni10Ti相焊时,采用与不锈钢、紫铜无限固溶的镍基焊接材料进行手工钨极氩弧焊的方法,用制定的工艺规范参数进行施焊,有效地改善了焊缝金属的力学性能,避免了铜的渗透裂纹的出现,获得了满意的焊接接头质量。证明所确定的焊接材料及焊接工艺是合理、可靠的。
The article confirms to use Nickel-alloy filler metal and TIG welding with proper procedure parameter for the welding austenitic stainless steel tube plate and copper pipe by WPQ and practice.With welding procedure given can efficiently improve welding metal mechanics properties and avoid copper penetration crack appearing,and prove the welding procedure is reasonable and reliable.
