摘要
目的:观察滋阴养脏胶囊治疗中风假性球麻痹的临床疗效。方法:将138例假性球麻痹病人随机分为2组,对照组68例予甘露醇,胞二磷胆碱,银杏达莫注射液;治疗组70例在对照组基础上加用滋阴养脏胶囊,2组均15天为1个疗程,用药1个月后进行疗效对照。结果:治疗组总有效率92.85%,对照组总有效率75%,2组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:滋阴养脏胶囊治疗中风假性球麻痹疗效满意,值得临床推广应用。
Objective ： To observe the therapeutic effect of Ziyin Yangzang capsule on pseudo-bulbar paralysis due to apoplexy. Methods ：138 patients with two groups. 68 patients in control group were treated by Mannitol, Citicoline, Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamde Lnjection;70 patients in treatment group were treated similarly plus Ziyin Yangzang capsule,with a treatment course of fifteen day for both groups. The therapeutic effects were evaluatead after two treatment courses in both groups. Results： The total effective rate in treatmen group was 92. 85% ,which was 75% in control group,there was a significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Ziyin Yangzang capsule is effective in treatment on pseudo-bulbar paralysis due to apoplexy, which is worth to be breal in clinic.
