摘要
文章以机构的拓扑结构为工具,研究四轴加工中心机构运动方案的创新设计。利用颜氏机构创新理论分析了四轴卧式无换刀臂加工中心的拓扑结构特性和运动链结构特性,并将其转化为树图的一般化规则和设计限制条件,再经树图特殊化,便得到可行机构树图,并给出了几种机构运动方案的立体简图。该文结论可为4轴5轴加工中心的设计提供参考。
This article studiese four axis machining center organization movement schem innovative design by taking organization topology as the tool. The paper analyzed the topology characteristic and the movement chain structural property of machining center about four axis horizontal types without trading the knife arm by using Yan the organization innovation theory, and transformed it as the tree chart generalized rule and the design limit condition, passed through the tree chart specialization again, then obtained the feasible organization tree chart, and has given several kind of organization movement plan three-dimensional diagram. This article conclusion may be for four, five axis machining center design provides the reference.
