摘要
切削用量是数控铣床加工过程中的关键因素,取决于加工环境中各个相关信息资源。对于切削用量择,在以往生产中除了凭经验外,一直主要是靠查阅切削用量手册和其它一些相关资料来选择切削用量。基于小功率数控铣床切削功率随切削用量变化而变化,利用正交试验方法设计,采用五因素四水平正交表安排试验,然后用一元线性回归和多元非线性归分析方法处理测量数据,建立一元和多元回归方程,经过相关系数检验或方差分析,所建立的函数模型可靠程度都在99%以上。针对小型数控铣床,切削加工性一般的普通工件材料通过该函数模型所确定的切削用量有较高的可信度。此试验的研究是对数控铣削切削用量选择的一次探索。
The cutting parameter is key factor of process on NC milling machine,It depends on related information resources. The choice of cutting parameter depends on the cutting parameter handbook and other datas in the past in addition to by means of experience. The reseach built a function model between cutting parameter and cutting power by measuring the changing cutting power which is caused by the change of cutting power.This reseach designed the trial with orthoplan.After five-factor-four-level orhhogonal table used for arranging trail,the paper adopted linear regression and no-linear regression analysis to finish data processing, then regression equation can be bulit.Through correlation coefficient test and analysis of variance, the reliability of function model bulid in this paper is beyond ninty-nine percent.The cutting parameter based on function model bulit in this paper had the higher credibility for low-power NC milling machine and ordinary workpiece material. The research of this experiment is a grope for cutting parameter of NC milling.
