圆筒内壁圆度误差在线检测系统研究

摘要 圆筒内壁的圆度检测工作环境恶劣,检测要求严格,目前缺乏合适的解决方案。因此对其研究将促进圆筒内壁圆度误差检测的机械化自动化水平,提高产品质量,降低生产成本,加快生产速度,系统采用改进的激光三角测距法作为测量方法,既能在高温环境下工作,又可对小径圆筒进行测量。而机器视觉是用机器代替人眼来做测量和判断,测量精度高、速度快。将二者相结合,可有效解决圆筒内壁高质量、高速度的在线检测难题。 The working environment of cylinder wall's roundness measurement are very bad, and the detection requirement are very rigorous, we had not found out a appropriate solution in current years. So, study on this field have much value on enhancing the level of machinery automation on cylinder wall' s measurement, increasing product quality, reducing cost and quickening production velocity. System uses the modified laser triangulation, which can work in high temperature, and also measure the small cylinder. Machine vision is used in place of the human eye machines to do the measurement and determine, which has high precision and high- speed. Machine vision technology combines with the modified laser triangulation can effectively resolve the problem of the high quality and high-speed measurement of cylinder wall.
