摘要
碱性亮氨酸拉链(Basic leucine zipper,bZIP)转录因子是真核生物转录因子中分布最广泛、最保守的一类蛋白。目前,在拟南芥基因组、豆科植物基因组、水稻基因组中发现大量的bZIP转录因子。本文围绕植物bZIP转录因子的最新研究进展,按照其不同亚家族的结构和功能进行了综述。根据植物bZIP转录因子结构的差异,可以将其划分为10个亚族:A、B、C、D、E、F、G、HI、、S亚族。这些不同家族的bZIP转录因子成员广泛参与种子贮藏基因的表达、植物的生长发育、光信号转导、病害防御、生物和非生物胁迫应答以及ABA的敏感性等各种信号的反应。
Basic leucine zipper transcription factors are one of the most extensively and conserved transcription factors in the eukaryote proteins. Now, in Arabidopsis genome, fabaceous genome and rice genome, a lot of bZIP transcription factors have been found. This article focuses on the most advanced research in plant bZIP transcription factors, summarizes the structures and functions of different groups of bZIp transcription factors. According to their difference in structure, bZIP transcription factors can be classified ten subgroups as Group A, Group B, Group C, Group D, Group E, Group F, Group G, Group H, Group I and Group S. bZIP transcription factors extensively participate in the expression of the seed storage genes, developments, photomorphogenesis, pathogen defense, biologic and abiotic stress responses, ABA signaling of plants and so on.
