摘要
结构的合理化使非标准件的应用日趋广泛,但也由于其结构尺寸等诸多方面的非标准性,使得在对其进行应力分析计算及安全评定时因无现行准则,而只能进行粗略计算。基于此,文章在利用ANSYS对非标准封板、非标准封板与壳体连接处的应力进行计算的基础上,对关键部位的应力做了线性化处理,并利用此结果进行了校核,为其安全评定及结构的优化提供了参考。
Non—standard seal plate is widely used because of its rational structure,but there is no current standard for the safety assessment due to the non—standard structure size.There- fore,ANSYS is used to analyze the stress of non—standard seal plate and the junction of the seal plate and the shell,and the results were linearized, providing reference for the safety assessment and the structure optimization
