多孔板送风末端流量与管路阻力特性的数值模拟 被引量:5

摘要 本文对于圆柱面孔板的阻力特性进行数值模拟,拟合出其阻力特性随开孔率变化的曲线。得出了圆柱面孔板与平面孔板送风末端兼有的管路的流量分配和阻力特性。并提出当管路中存在变阻力系数的阻力件(比如阀门)时的水力计算方法,对于解决此类问题有一定的参考价值。 In this paper the air pressure drop performance of cylindrical perforated plate was numerical simulated and the performance curve of air pressure drop versus percentage of perforation was derived. The air quantity distribution and the air pressure drop performance of duct system equipped with both the cylindrical and straight perforated plates was obtained and the hydraulic calculation method of duct system with variable pressure drop fittings ( such as valves) was also brought forward which can give other people some illumination when they are in face of this kind of problem.
