摘要
从传热学的角度论述和分析了中空玻璃空气夹层内自然对流换热。采用FLUENT软件对夹层厚度δ为6、9、12、14和16 mm时的自然对流换热进行数值模拟,并将所获得的对流换热量与按纯导热计算的结果作了比较分析。结果表明,空气夹层内的自然对流换热的主要影响因素包括气体种类、瑞利数Ra、空气夹层的相对厚度δ/H和壁面温差ΔT。在设定条件下,中空玻璃空气夹层内自然对流换热在上述δ下可近似作为纯导热处理。通过模拟结果和经验公式分别计算了中空玻璃传热系数K,与中空玻璃热工计算的成熟软件的计算结果比较接近。
The numerical simulation with FLUENT software is addressed for the natural convection heat transfer under the conditions of different air-layer thickness with 6 mm,9 mm,12 mm,14 mm and 16 ram. The heat transfer rate is compared with that by heat conduction. Gas types, Rayleigh number (Rα), the relative thickness of air-layer, δ/H, and the surface (△T) are main factors for natural convection heat transfer. The natural convection heat transfer could be approximately regarded as the pure heat conduction in the conditions of above air-layer thickness. The heat transfer coefficient of the insulating glass with simulation is approximate to that with empirical calculation.
