摘要
在PVA124-TritonX-100协同作用HAc-NaAc缓冲体系(pH6.5)中,Ag+与邻菲罗林-溴邻笨三酚红形成2:4:1紫红色三元络合物,其λmax=620nm,ε620=7.0×104,Ag+浓度在0~14μg/25ml内遵循比耳定律。方法用于漂定液中微量银的测定,结果满意。
With PVA124-TritoX-100 synergism in HAc-NaAc buffer system (PH=6. 5 ), Ag +and ortho-plenanthroline-bromine ortho-hydroxyquinol react to 2 : 4: 1 purplish red ternary complex compound withλmax = 620 nm,ε620= 7. 0 ×104. Ag+ concentration within 0-14μg/25ml is correspond with Beer's Law. This method is used to determinne the trace Ag in solution.
