摘要
思想政治工作是优秀运动队建设的生命线。在优秀运动队思想政治工作体系中,教练员由于始终处于训练第一线,其对运动员开展思想政治工作,有着领队和其他管理者所不能替代的一面。从有利于促进"授技"和"育人"有机结合的角度,强调在思想政治工作中应该进一步加强教练员的作用,同时提出要全面建设一支高素质的教练员队伍,以适应"授技育人"的训练理念,肩负起"促进运动员全面发展"的历史重任。
