灵芝孢子粉多糖的提取及其生物活性研究 被引量:14

Extraction and Biological Activity of Polysaccharide in Ganodrema Lucidiun Spore Powder

摘要 目的:研究灵芝孢子粉多糖清除亚硝酸钠(NaNO2)和二苯代苦味酰自由基(DPPH·)的能力。方法:以提取孢子油后的孢子粉为原料,采用水提醇沉法提取多糖;以葡聚糖为标准,测定多糖含量。结果:脂肪对多糖的提取有影响,脱脂灵芝孢子粉和未脱脂灵芝孢子粉的多糖含量分别为25.53%和17.74%。在一定浓度范围内,随着多糖浓度的增加,对NaNO2和DPPH·的清除率提高。当多糖质量浓度从1.2mg/mL增加到2.5mg/mL时,对NaNO2的清除率从82.4%增加到88.3%;当多糖质量浓度从0.078mg/mL增加到5mg/mL时,对DPPH·的清除率从3.2%增加到19.9%。结论:孢子粉多糖具有清除NaNO2和DPPH·的能力。 Objective: NaNO2 and DPPH. scavenging activities of polysaccharide in Ganodrema Lucidiun spore powder were investigated. Method: Polysaccharide was extracted by water and deposited by ethanol after oil extraction, using glucan as standard to analyze the content of polysaccharide. Results: The results showed that the extraction rate of polysaccharide were influenced by the exist of fat. The content of polysaccharide was 25.53% in defat Ganodrema Lucidiun spore powder, and 17.74% in non-defat Ganodrema Lucidiun spore powder. In the certain concentration, with increasing the polysaccharide concentration, NaNO2 and DPPH. scavenging rate increased. When the concentration of polysaccharide increased from 1.2 mg/mL to 2.5 mg/mL, the NaNO2 scavenging rate was increased from 82.4% to 88.3%. For the DPPH scavenging rate, the polysaccharide concentration increased from 0.078 mg/mL to 5 mg/mL, the scavenging rate increased from 3.2% to 19.9%. Conclusion: Polysaccharide in Ganodrema Lucidiun spore powder has scavenging capability of NaNO2 and DPPH.
