摘要
结合对某电网110kV某变电站35kV出线电缆头爆炸事故的分析研究,指出在35kV经消弧线圈接地系统中,在系统单相间歇性接地时,会在接地点燃起电弧,引起弧光过电压,从而使非故障相对地电压进一步升高,造成绝缘损坏,形成两点甚至多点接地短路,造成电网停电事故,并提出应对弧光过电压的一些技术措施。
This paper analyzes the explosion accident of outlet cable of 35kV of 110 kV substation, pointing out at the electric power system with the system of 35kV grounded through the arc suppression coil, arc overvoltage may occur when an electric arc can coming up through the place of grounded when occurring the single phase intermittent electric arc grounding, and make the no-fault phase to earth voltage going up further to bring about insulation damage,and may to generate two or multiple earth grounded short circuit to make power system blackouts. In the end,some technical measures are taken out for arc overvoltage.
