摘要
针对重型立式车床伺服刀库换刀过程中转动角度不准和定位精确度不足的问题,通过刀盘结构的合理选择和刀盘及其连带部件的转动惯量精确计算,使刀盘的转动角度得到了较好的控制.采用了无触点式接近开关对机械手臂的运动轨迹进行控制,得到了很好的定位精确度且更易于调整定位位置.利用ANSYS对机械手臂伸出时产生的变形进行了计算,仿真结果表明在相对较大的载荷下机械手臂的变形程度,以及载荷的分布都可以满足要求.
For the problem of turning point of view and positioning accuracy during the tool changing process of heavy-duty vertical lather tools changer, the researchers choose the structure reasonable and calculate the disc-style tools holder' s moment of inertia to make the turning point of view more accurate. The use of NO close-contact swich solves the poor positioning accuracy of mechanical arm and makes the adjustment of location easier. ANSYS are used to calculate the deformation of the mechanical arm when it extends. The result tell us the deformation and the distribution of the maximum load of the mechanical arm can meet our requirements.
