摘要
研究了一种适用于果园狭小作业空间的新型链式开沟机的结构和工作原理。通过功率消耗和作业效率等理论分析,提出了基本参数和功率消耗的确定方法,并根据果园园艺要求给出了1KLQ-80型链式开沟机的具体设计结果,其配套动力为11kW,最大开沟深度和宽度分别为800mm、650mm,生产效率为125m/h。
オhis paper introduces the construction and working principle of a newstyle chain ditcher that works in a limited working space in the orchards, studies the parameters and power required for designing ditcher by the theoretical analyses of power and working efficiency. According to the practical requirements for the orchards, it has presented the design results of 1KLQ80 type chain ditcher. The new designed machine needs the power of 11 kW, and can cut channels with the depth of 800 mm and the width of 650 mm at the working speed of 125 m/h.
