摘要
目的利用褪色分光光度法测定乳酸诺氟沙星的含量研究二甲酚橙在碱性乳酸诺氟沙星溶液中的褪色反应机制。方法二甲酚橙褪色分光光度法测定乳酸诺氟沙星的含量。结果二甲酚橙与诺氟沙星反应引起的二甲酚橙在577nm处的吸光度减小程度与乳酸诺氟沙星在6.22×10-6-9.33×10-5mol/L浓度范围呈线性关系(R2=0.9993)。该法精密度、检测限及平均回收率分别为3.6%、8.1×10-7mol/L和(96.8±4.8)%。结论二甲酚橙褪色分光光度法操作简便、灵敏度高、选择性好,可用于乳酸诺氟沙星含量的测定。
Objective To determine the content of norfloxacin lactate by fading spectrophotometry, and to explore the fading reaction mechanism of xylenol orange in alkaline norfloxacin lactate solution. Methods The content of norfloxacin lactate was determined by fading spectrophotometry with xylenol orange. Results Absorption diminishing of xylenol orange at 577 nm resulted from the fading reaction was linear with norfloxacin lactate concentration in the range of 6.22 × 10-6 -9.33 ×10-5 mol/L( R2 =0.999 3 ). The relative standard deviation(RSD) ,detection limit and average recovery obtained via the proposed method were 3.6% ,8.1 × 10-7 mol/L and (96.8 ± 4.8) %, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple for determining the content of norfloxaein lactate with high sensiti- vity and selectivity.
