摘要
目的研究新中药异位康冲剂对子宫内膜异位症(EMT)的临床疗效,并探讨中药治疗的作用机制。方法将100例EMT患者,随机分为中药治疗组(50例)和丹那唑治疗对照组(50例)。观察两组临床症状改善情况、血清内分泌激素、血液流变学、盆腔血流的变化,将两组临床总疗效和副作用进行比较。结果子宫内膜异位症患者体内存在广泛的内分泌和免疫功能紊乱,异位康冲剂临床总有效率为84%,具有缩小异位病灶、缓解症状、改善血液流变学和盆腔血流、镇痛等临床疗效。中药治疗组用药结束后FSH、LH、PRL、P、E2水平均比用药前明显降低,有统计学意义(P<0.05),尤其E2水平明显下降。丹那唑组用药后E2水平也较用药前下降明显,差异有显著性(P<0.01),但FSH、LH用药前后差异无显著性(P>0.05)。治疗后E2水平中药治疗组较丹那唑组下降明显,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论异位康冲剂对异位内膜有明显抑制作用,是治疗子宫内膜异位症的有效新药。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Yiweikang and danazol on endometriosis, and investigate the mechanism of the traditional Chinese medicine. Methods One hundred patients with endometriosis were randomly divided into two groups in equal, one group accepted Yiweikang and the other with danazol. To observe the variation of the clinical effects, serum hormone levels, blood flow, pelvic blood flow, while comparing the clinical therapeutic effect and adverse reaction.Results An extensive disorder of endocrine level and immune function present in patients with endometriosis. The total effective rate of Yiweikang reaches 84%, and Yiweikang had the function of diminuting ectopic focus , releasing symptoms, improving haemorheology and pelvic blood flow, anti-pain. It showed a statistically difference in the treatment group between pre and post therapy on cutting down the abnormal high rostaglandin E2 level, while no statistic difference between the treatment group and the control （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Yiweikang can conspicuously inhibit the entopic endometriosis in the mechanism which might be done through regulating the endocrine.lt＇s a new effectual medicine to treat endometriosis.
