摘要
根据爆破振动测试的需要,开发了一种能远程启动、同步进行数据采集、完整记录振动波形的测试仪器。在这种仪器组成的测试系统中用无线数据传输模块远程控制多台数据采集器同时启动,用复杂可编程逻辑器件控制采集器内各通道同步采集数据,用GPS卫星信号同步各采集器数据采集过程。ARM微处理器将数据通过通用串行总线存储到移动数据存储器。任意多个测试点采集数据的同步精度可以达到3s。
According to the requirement of blasting vibration test, a instrument which can be started remotely, all the test point acquire data synchronously and record waveform fully is developed. Multi data collector in the test system which constitute by this kind of instruments be controled to start at the same time by wireless data transmission modules. The complex programmable logic device is used to control every channel in a collector to acquire data synchronously. The signal from GPS satellite is used to guarantee the synchronous collecting process of every data collector. The ARM microprocessor transmits the data to moveable storage through universal serial bus. The synchronous precision of any number of test point can achieve 3μs.
