摘要
用不同浓度的S-3307溶液浸种,对小麦种子发芽率没有明显地影响,对发芽势和发芽指数有抑制作用,分别降低11.1%~22.2%和6.9%~16.0%。用S-3307溶液浸种的,由于单株于重增加,尤其是根系干重增加较多,所以活力指数有所提高。用S-3307溶液浸种的,麦苗素质提高.抗逆性增强,先合性能改善,为提高单产奠定基础。
Soaking seeds of wheat with different concentration of s-3307 had an effect on controlling the germination viability and germination index which decreased 11. 1% -22. 2% and 6. 9%-16. O% respectively. but the effect on germination percentage was not clear. Seed presoaking with s-3307. the dry weight of seedlings increased. especially the dry weight of roots increased more, which meant that the vitality index of seeds had been raised. After seed presoaking. the quality and resistance of seedlings inhanced and photosynthsis improved which provided a basis on yield increasing.
