摘要
目的观察甘露聚糖肽注射液联合化疗治疗恶性肿瘤对患者免疫功能以及化疗不良反应的影响,评价甘露聚糖肽在化疗中的临床疗效。方法60例恶性肿瘤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组(30例)采用常规化疗方法(相同病种化疗方案相同),治疗组(30例)在对照组的基础上加用甘露聚糖肽注射液10mg/d静脉滴注,1个周期4个疗程,每7d为1个疗程,连续2个周期。结果治疗组治疗后与治疗前相比CD4、CD4/CD8的比值均明显升高(P<0.05),对照组CD4、CD4/CD8的比值均下降(P<0.05),且两组治疗后CD4、CD4/CD8比值相比有显著差异(P<0.01)。甘露聚糖肽注射液对化疗患者的白细胞降低有明显的保护和提升作用。优越于对照组单纯化疗疗效。治疗组化疗期间恶心、呕吐Ⅰ度以上36.67%(11/30),对照组为70.00%(21/30),统计学上有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论甘露聚糖肽与化疗同时应用能明显保护患者的白细胞下降发生率,调节机体免疫功能,减轻化疗毒副反应,改善患者生话质量,保证化疗如期进行。
Objective To observe maunan-tide injection combined with chemotherapy in patients with advanced cancer of the immune function as well as side effects of chemotherapy, evaluation marman-tide in the clinical effect of chemotherapy. Methods Sixty patients with various maligant tumors were randomized into two groups： The control group （n = 30） using conventional chemotherapy （the same disease use the same as chemotherapy）, treatment group （30 cases） in the control group based on the use of mannan-peptide injection 10mg/d intravenous infusion of a cycle of four treatment every 7 days, a course for two consecutive cycles. Results Treatment group compared with the pre-treatment CD4, CD4/CD8 ratio were significantly higher （P〈0.05）, control group, CD4, CD4/CD8 ratio decreased（P〈0.05）, and the two groups after treatment CD4, CI）~CD8 ratios were significantly different （P〈0.01）. Mannan-peptide injection on interleuldn in patients with chamotherapy significantly reduced the protection and promotion of the role. Superior to chemotherapy alone control group. Treatment group during chemotherapy nausea and vomiting Ⅰ above 36.67% （11/30）, the control group was 70.00% （21/30）, statistically significant differences （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The application of Mannan-pcptide combined with chemotherapy can significantly decrease the incidence of leukocytes, regulation of immune function, reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy, to improve the quality of patients, then Health to ensure the chemotherapy schedule.
