摘要
用聚醚多元醇(PPG)、聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPD I)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)等为主要原料,合成了有机硅改性聚氨酯溶液。通过对合成条件的考察发现,反应温度为65℃,反应4 h,采用m(丁酮)∶m(二甲苯)=1∶1作溶剂,可得到黏度适中、性能良好的产品。考察了聚二甲基硅氧烷质量分数〔w(PDMS)〕对有机硅改性聚氨酯溶液及其成膜性能的影响。结果发现,随着w(PDMS)增加,溶液的黏度降低,成膜的热稳定性提高,当w(PDMS)=10%时成膜的水接触角达到最大值102.6°。
In this paper, siloxane-modified polyurethane solutions were synthesized with polypropylene glycol ( PPG), polydimethylsiloxanes (PDMS) , isophorone diisocyaneat (IPDI) and 1,4-butanediol as main materials. The synthetic conditions were investigated. Results showed that the reaction was performed under 65 ℃ for 4 h, with m (butanone) : m ( dimethylbenzene ) = 1 : 1 as solvent. The product was obtained with suitable viscosity and good properties. Then, the effect of polydimethylsiloxane mass fraction w (PDMS) on the properties of siloxane-modified polyurethane solution and film were investigated. The results showed that the solution viscosity decreased and the heat resistance of the film increased with the increase of w (PDMS). The surface contact angle achieved the largest value of 102.6° when w(PDMS) is 10%.
