摘要
采用有机溶剂法提取桃叶中的番茄红素,研究有机溶剂种类、时间、超声功率、温度和料液比对番茄红素得率的影响。通过单因素和正交实验确定了以石油醚作提取溶剂,温度40℃、时间40min、料液比1∶40(g∶mL)、超声功率200W为番茄红素的最佳提取条件。采用分光光度法测得番茄红素平均得率为0.35%。
The organic solvent extraction method was used to extract lycopene from peach leaves and the influence of the type of organic solvent, time, the ultrasonic power, temperature and stuff and liquor ratio on Lycopene-yield was investigated. Single factor and orthogonal test was used to determine the best extraction conditions: petroleum ether as solvent extraction, 40 ℃ for temperature, 40rain for time, and 1:40(g:mL) for stuff and liquor ratio, 200 W for ultrasonic power. Lycopene-average yield was measured to 0.35 percent by spectrophotometry.
