漆树蜡的理化指标分析及精炼工艺的初步研究 被引量:4

摘要 对云南漆树蜡原料的理化指标分析显示其酸值和过氧化值都比较高。经气相色谱分析,漆树蜡中含有约83%的饱和脂肪酸,主要以棕榈酸为主,占76.28%,不饱和脂肪酸主要为油酸,占15.47%,还含有很少量的C6和C8脂肪酸。根据原料分析结果,采用了直接水化脱胶及物理精炼工艺,漆树蜡经精炼后,其酸值、过氧化值都有明显降低;为了扩大其应用范围,又进行了分提试验。 The physicochemical indexes and fatty acid compositions of sumac wax from Yunnan were analyzed. The results showed that both the acid value and peroxide value of the raw sumac wax were high ; the sumac wax contained 15.47% oleic acid,76.28% palmitic acid and trace medium chain fatty acids( C6, C8 ) ;the saturated fatty acids in sumac wax was about 83%. Hydration degumming and physical refining were adopted to refine sumac wax so as to decrease the acid value and peroxide value. Furthermore, the fractionation of sumac wax was performed. After refining, the acid value and peroxide value of sumac wax decreased.
