Study on Water-soluble Heat Insulation Adhesive for Shipping

摘要 在船舶行业中,由于船体内外存在温度梯度,导致在船体内壁易产生水的凝露问题。中空微球是一种特殊的薄壁、封闭的微球材料,球体内部包裹一定量的气体,具有隔热、低密度、环保等功效。通过对聚醋酸乙烯酯进行改性,以提高其耐水性等方面的性能,同时利用不同粒径中空微球在保温、强度等方面的性能差异,研制出一种可直接涂覆在船体内部的、具有自粘性的隔热材料。该隔热材料经过近几年的实际应用,能有效解决国内船舶业普遍存在的船体凝露问题,改善了船舱工作环境,具有较好的社会经济效益。 In the shipping industry, condensation of water often occurs on the inner wall of hulls because of the existence of temperature gradient between the outside and the inside wall of hulls. The hollow micro-sphere is a special kind of thin-walled, closed sphere material, having a certain amount of gas enclosed in the inner space, this sort of material has the properties of heat insulation, low-density, environment friendly etc. A kind of self-adhesive heat insulation material, which could be directly coated on the internal wall of hulls, was developed by modifying the polyvinyl acetate (PVAc) emulsion to improve its property, such as water resistance, and at the same time, also by making use of the different performances of different sizes of micro-spheres, such as the properties of heat preservation and strength. After practical application in recent years, this kind of heat insulation adhesive has been proved to be efficient in solving the problem of condensation, which is very pervasive in domestic shipping, thus it has improved working environment for cabin and has good social and economic benefits.
