摘要
目的:观察枳术宽中胶囊对功能性消化不良的疗效。方法:治疗组以枳术宽中胶囊治疗,对照组以莫沙比利治疗,疗程6周,分别观察临床疗效、症状积分及血浆胃动素水平。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为95.2%和77.0%,2组疗效比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗组功能性消化不良患者症状的改善率明显优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后各组胃动素水平均较治疗前均显著升高(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组胃动素水平与对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。治疗组无不良反应发生。结论:枳术宽中胶囊能通过升高血浆中胃动素的含量而促进胃排空、改善功能性消化不良患者的症状,有较好的安全性和耐受性。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the efficacy of Zhizhu Kuanzhong capsules in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.METHODS The treatment group was given with Zhizhu Kuanzhong capsules, and the control group was treated with mosapride. The course was 6 weeks. The therapeutic effect, the integral of the symptoms, plasma inotilin was observed. RESULTS The total effective rates were respectively 95. 2% in treatment group and 77. 0% in control group. The therapeutic effects between two groups had marked difference （P〈0. 05）. The improving rate of the symptoms in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0. 05）. Compared with pre-treatment, the level of motilin post-treatment in evevy groups both markedly elevated （P〈0. 05）. The level of motilin post-treatment between two groups had no marked difference （P〉0. 05）. No adverse reaction occurred in treatment group. CONCLUSION Zhizhu Kuanzhong capsule could increase the content of motilin in plasma to promote gastric emptying,improve symptoms in patients with functional dyspepsia, The recipe is safe and well tolerated.
