甲状腺肿瘤原位细胞凋亡检测与端粒酶逆转录酶表达研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究原位细胞凋亡指数(apoptosis index,AI)及端粒酶逆转录酶(human telomerase reverse transcriptase,hTERT)在原发性甲状腺肿瘤中表达及其与病变的关系。方法对87例原发性甲状腺肿瘤(乳头状腺癌38例,滤泡状腺癌21例,未分化癌5例,腺瘤23例)分别应用原位细胞凋亡检测(TuNEL)试剂盒测定AI及应用免疫组织化学方法检测hTERT表达情况。结果AI及hTERT在腺癌表达显著高于腺瘤组(P<0.01);AI及hTERT灰度值呈负相关性(r=-0.38,P<0.05)。结论AI及hTERT的表达与甲状腺肿瘤显著相关,检测AI及hTERT水平对鉴别甲状腺肿瘤性质具有重要参考意义。 [Objective] To study the relationship between AI, hTERT and thyroid tumor tissue by combining assays of AI and hTERT in thyroid tumor tissue. [Methods] AI was evaluated by TUMEL method and the expression of hTERT were dectected by immunohistochemistry in 87 cases (thyroid papillary cancer 38, thyroid follicular cancer 21, thyroid undifferentiated cancer 5, thyroid adenoma 40). [Results] The expression of AI and hTERT in thyroid carcinoma increased (P 〈0.01). There has negative relationship between AI and hTERT (r =-0.38, P 〈0.05). [Conclusion] It is suggested that combined detections of AI and hTERT may have important reference significance on the differentiation of thyroid benign or malignant tissue.
