摘要
通过对离心磨矿机工作过程的试验分析,研究了影响离心磨矿机工作状态及破碎效果的诸多因素联合作用的工作特性。在此基础上,运用“灰箱”理论,建立了包括能量、给料和设备工矿参数在内的稳态模型。它不仅描述了其生产运行过程,而且还可有效地对磨矿机进行监控和过程优化。通过实例论证,该模型可为离心磨矿机的实际应用提供理论依据。
By means of experiment and observation for work process of centrifugal attritor, the features of a centrifugal attritor are analysed, which is a combination of multiple factors that affect work state and broken effect. Based on this, a steady state model was established by applying grey box theory, which not only describes the moving process but also provides monitoring and process optimization effectly for centrifugal attritor. It has been also verified by living example that this model can provide theoretical basis for the practical application of the centrifugal attritor.
