摘要
[目的]研究马铃薯叶绿素含量与氮磷钾有机肥最佳施肥量的关系。[方法]对综合技术中的有机肥、氮、磷、钾施用量4个重要因素,采用4因素5水平二次通用旋转组合设计,建立数学模型,优选适合马铃薯栽培的施肥措施,用乙醇浸提叶绿素,采用分光光度计测定其含量,研究氮磷钾及有机肥对马铃薯叶绿素含量的影响。[结果]N、P、K和有机肥施用量4因素对马铃薯叶绿素含量的效应依次为:N肥>有机肥>K肥>P肥。获得马铃薯叶绿素总量>1.48 mg/g、叶绿素a>0.79 mg/g、叶绿素b>0.69 mg/g的最佳优化施肥方案为:施氮235.5~251.3 kg/hm2,施磷121.9~123.6 kg/hm2、施钾174.5~190.2 kg/hm2,施有机肥37 935~38 535 kg/hm2。[结论]该研究为建立马铃薯定性与定量相结合的可行性施肥技术体系提供科学依据。
[ Objective ] The study aimed to study the relationship between the chlorophyll content in potato and the optimum fertilization rate of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizers and organic fertilizer. [ Method] With the application rates of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium and organic fertilizer as 4 important factors, the 5 levels of 4 factors in the second general rotation design was used to establish the mathematic model and optimize the fertilization measure that was suitable for potato cultivation. The chlorophyll content in potato was extracted by ethanol extraction and then determined by spectrophotometer to study the effect of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizers and organic fertilizer on the chlorophyll content in potato. [ Result] The effect of 4 factors of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium and organic fertilizer application rates on the chlorophyll content in potato in order was N fertilizer 〉 organic Fertilizer 〉 K fertilizer 〉 P fertilizer. The optimum optimized fertilization scheme for getting the chlorophyll content in the potato as total chlorophyll 〉 1.48 mg/g, chlorophyll a 〉 0.79 mg/g, chlorophyll b 〉0.69 mg/g was follows: applying N 235.5 -251.3 kg/hm^2, applying P 121.9 - 123.6 kg/hm^2, applying K 174.5 - 190.2 kg/hm^2 and applying organic fertilizer 37 935 -38 535 kg/hm^2. [ Conclusion] This study provided the scientific basis for setting up the feasible fertilization technique system in potato with the qualitative and quantitative fertilizer application combination.
