摘要
流膜选矿发生在浓密的液固两相流中,它与稀疏的液固两相流有质的区别。本文考虑到流膜中浓度分布的不均匀性,应用拜格诺实验的结果,计算斜面溜槽和离心选矿机流膜中颗粒分散压与有效重力的比值。以此比值分析流膜分选机理,所获得的结果与实验数据完全一致。表明拜格诺剪切分散效应在流膜选矿中起关键作用。
The film concentration is dense liquid-solid two-phase flow which exists an essential distinction from scattered one.Having considered unhomogenizing concentration distribation the ratio of dispersion pressure of particles to effective gravity for oblique plane chute and centrifugal concentrator is calculated by means of the Bagnold experimental result.The mechanism for film concentration is analyzed,and the result consists with experimental data.The results indicate that Bagnold dispersion effect would play important role for mechanism of film concentration.
