搅拌磨超细粉碎的工艺与应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 搅拌磨是一种新型高效的超细粉碎设备。研究了搅拌磨制备超细粉过程中矿浆浓度、球料比、介质种类及给料粒度对制粉效果的影响。结果表明,用搅拌磨可制得粒径小于1μm的产品,工艺简单。分析了搅拌球磨过程中矿浆粘度、温度和产品白度的变化,及搅拌磨的能量效率。用搅拌磨制得的超细滑石粉(-1μm)填充PP塑料,可提高制品性能,降低成本。 Stirring mill is a new equipment for ultrafine grinding with high efficiency. The effects of pulp density,media/material ratio,milling media and feed size on powder properties are studied in this paper.The results indicate that ultrafine powder(-1μm) can be attained in the stirring mill with simple process.The variation of pulp viscosity, temperature and product whiteness with grinding time,and energy consumption of the stirring mill are also investigated.The ultrafine talc powder (-1μm) filled PP plastic can improve product properties and reduce the cost.
