摘要
研究ZG42Cr2MnSiMoRE铸钢不同热处理后的组织和性能,并进行扫描电镜分析、硬度分析、拉伸试验分析、冲击实验分析,优化出合理的热处理工艺方案。研究表明,经(910-960)℃×(4~5)h空冷+(910-960)℃×(4~5)h淬火(油淬)+(200-300)℃×(9~1O)h回火后,ZG42Cr2MnSiMoRE铸钢出现高硬度、高韧性值,是因为耐磨钢经多次相变晶粒度小、显微组织变细所致。
The effect of different heat treatments on the microstructure and properties of ZG42Cr2MnSiMoRE casting steel were studied, and according to series of tests including scanning electron microscopy analysis, hardness, tensile test analysis and impact analysis, a reasonable heat treatment method was obtained, the results showed that: ZG42Cr2MnSiMoRE casting steel has high hardness and toughness after normalizing at 910-960℃×(4~5) h + quenching (oil quenching) at 910-960℃×(4~5)h + tempering at 200 - 300 ℃× (9 - 10)h, because the grain size and microstructure of abrasion resisting steel is refined after multi-times phase transformation.
