摘要
以镁合金熔炉内的保护气体流动为研究对象,运用流体计算软件FLUENT,采用标准κ-ε方程湍流模型,研究了某一工况下保护气体在熔炉内的流场特性。使用TECPLOT软件将数值模拟得到的计算结果进行可视化处理,提供了保护气体流速和浓度的调节依据。根据计算结果,对保护气体的入口进行合理化布置,研究表明改造后的供气喷嘴能使保护气体均匀地分布在镁液表面。
The flow of protective gas in magnesium alloy furnace was studied. Software package FLUENT and the standard κ-ε turbulent current model were wsed to simulate the flow field in the magnesium alloy furnace under a certain work condition. According to results displayed by TECPLOT, the velocity and concentration of gas were regulated. And the entrances of protective gas were adjusted, which made the gas distributed uniformly on the surface of molten magnesium.
