摘要
分别测定不同温度下粉末状α-Al2O3在Na3AlF6-AlF3(摩尔比1∶1)K3AlF6-AlF3(摩尔比1:1)及Na3AlF6-K3AlF6-AlF3(摩尔比0.5:0.5:1)熔盐体系中的溶解度和溶解速度。探讨和分析了LiF对Na3AlF6-K3AlF6-AlF3熔体(摩尔比0.5:0.5:1)中氧化铝溶解度的影响。结果表明氧化铝在低温钾冰晶石体系Na3AlF6-K3AlF6-AlF3(摩尔比0.5:0.5:1)中的溶解度和溶解速度能够满足低温电解的要求。
The solubility and solution rate of powder α Al 2O 3 in molten systems of Na 3AlF 6AlF 3 K 3AlF 6 AlF 3 and Na 3AlF 6 K 3AlF 6 AlF 3 at different temperatures were determined. In addition, the effect of LiF on the dissolution of Al 2O 3 was also discusdsed. The results show that the solubility and solution rate of Al 2O 3 in the new type low temperature potasium cryolite system Na 3AlF 6 K 3AlF 6 AlF 3 is satisfactory for aluminum electrolysis.
