种植体颈部形态与非负荷期边缘骨吸收关系的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨种植体颈部形态与非负荷期种植体边缘骨吸收的关系。方法80例磨牙种植修复患者共120个种植体分为2组,光滑圆柱形组37例,上、下颌植入颈部为圆柱形的Replace种植体各30个;光滑圆锥形组43例,上、下颌植入颈部为圆锥形的Straumann种植体各30个。在X线全景片上测量2组种植体植入后非负荷期边缘骨吸收量并进行统计学分析。结果同一颈部形态种植体上颌种植体边缘骨吸收较下颌程度低,光滑圆柱形组(t=2.9641)和光滑圆锥形组(t=2.2139)上颌种植体的边缘骨吸收均小于下颌种植体,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组上颌种植体边缘骨吸收差异无统计学意义(t=1.9167,P>0.05),光滑圆柱形组较光滑圆锥形组下颌种植体边缘骨吸收多,差异有统计学意义(t=2.4179,P<0.05)。结论非负荷期种植体边缘骨吸收程度与种植体颈部形态及种植体的部位有关。
