摘要
铸造高锰钢的优良性能使其在耐磨金属材料中占有重要位置,但对细长、薄壁件不仅热处理费用昂贵,而且在热处理过程中难以保证要求的金相组织,并容易引起脱碳和翘曲变形。使用铸态高锰钢是解决这一矛盾的途径之一。对铸态高锰钢的化学成分、机械性能、批量生产、可行性等方面进行了研究。
Manganese austenitic steel occupies an important position in wear resistant steels because of its good properties. But for slender castings not only it is rather difficult to obtain expected metallographic strucures, but also decarbonization and deformation often occur in the heat treatment. The way to resolve the problem is to use an ascast mangnese alloy austenitic steel. In the paper the chemical composition, mechanical properties and production technology of the ascast mangnese alloy austenitic steel are investigated.
