摘要
以吡啶为碳源,Bi(NO3)3·5H2O为铋源,结合溶胶-凝胶和高温陈化法制备出BiC共掺杂型TiO2光催化剂。利用紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis)、X射线衍射(XRD)、N2吸附-脱附等温曲线(BET)对不同条件下制备出的样品进行了表征。结果表明:铋碳共掺杂TiO2催化剂具有典型的介孔结构;在可见光下对污染物靛红溶液有显著的降解效果;不同的煅烧温度及掺杂配比对催化剂光催化性能也有不同程度的影响。
Pyridine and bismuth nitrate were used as precursors of the dopant. (Bi, C)-TiO2 photocatalyst codoped with metal and non-metal elements was successfully prepared by employing sol-gel method and hightemperature aging. The different codoping powders were characterized by UV-vis absorption spectroscopy (UV-vis), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and N2 adsorption-desorption isotherms. The results indicated that (Bi, C)-doped TiO2 has typical mesopore structure and showd satisfying photocatalytic efficiency on the degradation of indigo carmine under visible light. Furthermore, we havd investigated the effect of different temperatures and mixture ratio on the photocatalytic activity of codoping TiO2.
