摘要
研究了低温低渣防腐磷化工艺,通过添加促进剂、络合剂和活化剂,磷化温度降低至50~60℃,沉渣量减少60%。解决了高温防腐磷化溶液成分不稳定、零件表面挂灰严重等问题。磷化膜性能达到了防腐磷化标准,可取代高温磷化工艺。
Low temperature,low sludge and corrosion resistance phosphating technology is studied.By adding promoter,complexing agent and activator,phosphating temperature is decreased to 50~60℃,sludge amount reduced by 60% while film performance conforms to corrosion resistance phosphating standard,so as to overcome such serious problems as unstable soln.composition and smut on part surface,from high temperature corrosion resistance phosphating and replace it.
