以悬臂挤压铝型材产品的模具是如何保证和加强其悬臂强度为重点,通过典型悬臂产品的模具设计实例简要介绍和描述了一般的和特殊的悬臂模具结构形式,同时介绍了损坏悬臂的修复方法,从而来提高模具的强度;延长模具的使用寿命;减少模具的费用;
Extrusion die with arm for aluminum profile is liable to suffer arm damage. In this paper, examples of typical dies with arms are given to describe its ordinary and special design, as well as repairing of damaged arm, so as to increase die strength, die life, reduce die cost and acquire high guality products.
