摘要
本文详细介绍了1200W/70KHz移相全桥ZVZCS PWM DC/DC开关变换器主变压器的技术参数、磁心选择、设计方法和计算过程,以及制作变压器时的一些关键问题.最后给出了变压器原、副边绕组的实验电压波形,设计符合要求,并且漏感小、干扰小、波形失真小,具有良好的电气性能.
This paper describes detailedly the transformer's technical parameters, magnetic core selection, design method, calculational process and some pivotal questions of transformer's facture. The transformer is the primary transformer of the 1200W/70KHz Phase-shifted Full-bridge ZVZCS PWM DC/DC switching converter. At last, the voltage waveforms of experiment at transformer winding are presented. It shows that the design satisfys desire. At the same time, the transformer has small leakage, low disturbance, less waveform distortion and excellent electric performance.
