摘要
目的研究植物露水草中的化学成分。方法利用多种柱色谱进行分离提纯,通过理化常数和光谱数据确定化合物的结构。结果从中得到2个植物甾醇类化合物;分别为5α-胆甾-7-烯-3β,22ξ-二醇(Ⅰ),5α-胆甾-7-烯-22ξ-醇-3-棕榈酸酯(Ⅱ)。结论化合物Ⅰ为一新天然产物,Ⅱ为一新化合物。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Cyanotis arachnoidea C.B.Clarke. MOTHODS The compounds were isolated by column chromatography. The structures were identified by their physico-chemical property and spectral data respectively. RESULTS Two phytosterols were elucidated as 5α-cholesta-7-en-3β, 22ξ-diol （I）, 5α-cholesta-7-en-22ξ-ol-3-palmitate （II）. CONCLUSION Compound I is a new natural product and compound II is found for the first.
